Soji Adelore
Soji studied at the prestigious University of Lagos for his first and second degrees. His area of specialization is in Strategic Management. He has over twenty years continuous working experience in the banking industry where he was involved in lending, Risk Management , corporate and Commercial banking. He held several management position coordinating large sales force that delivers superior performance. He initiated, supervised and processed large scale funding for several companies, educational and manufacturing institution. He was part of the implementation team for Enterprise Risk Management in one of the International Banks he worked for.

Bayo A. Adelore was Chief Operating Officer for Blainvest Trading Company for over two years after over 15 years cognate experience in manufacturing, trading and financial services industries. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School and a graduate of IESE, Spain where he bagged an MBA with interest in International Business. He was the best graduating student of accounting from the university of Benin, Benin City and is a chartered accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Shittu Nurudeen Kolade
Shittu Nurudeen Koladeis a qualified civil engineer with a wide range of experience in the construction industry and project management. He has undertaken several design many in the oil & gas, estate and building projects in various states in nigeria and holds a masters degree in project management from university of lagos. He is an associate member of the nigerian society of engineers, registered engineer by the council for the regulation of engineering in nigeria (COREN) and a certified project manager (PMI). He has attended several management and training courses both in project management.
Folorunso Kolade
Folorunso Kolade is an Electrical Engineering graduate of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) Ile – Ife. He started his career as a Pupil Electrical Engineer with the National Electric Power Authority before joining Negris Nigeria Ltd (involved in contract maintenance of oil facilities) where he worked as an Instrument Engineer at NNPC-PPMS facilities at Escravos and the Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) gas recycling plant at Obiafum/Obrikom. He left Negris Nigeria Ltd for TSG Nigeria Ltd as an Electrical Engineer having risen to become The Chief Engineer.
Oyero, Francis Olutoye
Oyero, Francis Olutoye obtained his bachelors in Agricultural Engineering and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering both from University of Ibadan. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institute of Engineering Management and registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.
He started his career as a graduate engineer cum Assistant Farm Manager, NYSC Farm in Sokoto. He also worked as Planning Manager and later as Marketing Manager at TSG Nigeria Ltd and he is presently the General Manager at AGGP Ventures which is into marketing and installation of solar control glass films, safety and security glass films and decorative glass films whose clients include Cappa & d’Alberto and Metalum Limited amongst others.
Babatunde Ologolo
Babatunde Ologolo has an HND in Business Administration and Management from the Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos and a post-graduate diploma in Economics from Lagos State University. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). His experience of over nine years spans various capacities in banking and financial services ranging from credit, marketing, asset management and risk management.
Ola Oyinloye
Ola Oyinloye graduated with a Bsc Honours (Second Class Upper) in Accounting from University of Ilorin in 1989, and as a Chartered Accountant in 1991 and was admitted as an Associate Member of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1993. He had two decades of banking experience covering corporate banking, commercial banking and risk management., starting his banking career with Credite Bank Nigeria Ltd in 1992 and thereafter proceeded to Stanbic Bank Ltd where he worked in Corporate Banking Division before joining Access Bank Plc in 2000 as Head, Ikeja Corporate. He set up the Telecoms Group at Access Bank in 2001. In 2005, he joined Intercontinental Bank Plc and later became a Divisional Business Executive in charge of Telecommunications and Infrastructure Group before proceeding to head Oil & Gas, Power & Aviation Groups in the bank. In 2009 he was appointed the Group Head, Risk Management where he developed a robust Risk Management Architecture and retired in February 2012 as a Deputy General Manager and Group Head, Risk Management. He was immediately appointed MD/CEO of Pearl & Apricot Ltd, an infrastructure finance and development company. He is a director in Counterhouse Consultants Ltd, a management, financial and information technology consulting firm. He also sits on the board of LB Integrated Systems Ltd. He has attended various professional and leadership training programs in all segments of credit structuring and management, Euromoney UK on Infrastructure Financing covering Telecommunications, Aviation, Power and Transport and Lagos Business School leadership training.
